We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist cum Trainer to join our iKare team. In this role, you’ll not only provide hands-on therapy and personalised care plans for clients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges, but also empower others through training and education.

As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll lead therapy sessions, design and deliver engaging training programmes for caregivers and staff, and contribute to the development of new care initiatives that enhance independence and quality of life at home.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct client assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Provide therapy services to improve daily function, mobility, and well-being.
  • Design and deliver training workshops for caregivers, staff, and clients.
  • Lead clinical projects and contribute to evidence-based care programmes.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy (fully registered with AHPC).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a community setting.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teaching skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping others live independently.
  • Able to travel for home visits or off-site training when required.

Work Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5.5-day work week (no shift work).

As a Care Therapist at iKare, you’ll bring comfort, care, and connection to seniors in their own homes. You’ll support individuals living with dementia or age-related challenges through our personalised programmes, including Cognitive Stimulation Activities, Home Nursing, Home Care, and our signature SPARK Programme.

Your role is all about helping seniors stay active, independent, and happy. You’ll guide them through daily routines, meaningful activities, and provide emotional support that truly makes a difference. iKare offers comprehensive training, tools, and ongoing support, enabling you to grow your skills and make every day count for those you care for

What You’ll Do:

  • Facilitate Dementia Therapy sessions (training and tools provided).
  • Support clients in daily living activities and home care routines.
  • Provide emotional encouragement and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
  • Educate families and caregivers on effective care and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold care standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Singaporean or PR with GCE ‘O’ Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping others.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin preferred).
  • Willing to undergo iKare’s training, including CPR and AED certification.
  • Experience in elder care or mental health care is an advantage.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5.5-day work week (no shift work).
  • Attractive remuneration: S$1,900 – S$4,000 (Basic + Commission + Incentive).

At iKare, we bring personalised nursing care and cognitive wellness support directly to our clients’ homes. As a Home Engagement Nurse, you’ll play a key role in planning and facilitating our signature home-based programmes, including Dementia Therapy and SPARK, to support seniors’ cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being.

You’ll combine professional nursing expertise with compassionate engagement, helping clients stay active, safe, and connected. With full training, tools, and ongoing support from iKare, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of seniors while enjoying a flexible and fulfilling career

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct home and nursing assessments using iKare’s tools and methods.
  • Design and implement personalised care plans for each client.
  • Facilitate engagement sessions according to care plans.
  • Monitor clients’ wellness and communicate updates with caregivers or doctors.
  • Support families in creating a safe and encouraging home environment.
  • Participate in company events, workshops, and continuous training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Singaporean or PR with a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Enrolled or Registered Nurse with at least 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Compassionate, observant, and proactive in providing quality home care.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in dementia or elder care is an advantage.

Work Hours & Benefits:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5.5-day work week (no shift work).
  • Attractive remuneration: S$2,500 – S$6,000 (Basic + Commission + Incentive).
  • Opportunity to maintain your SNB Practising Certificate through active patient care.

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the key connection between our clients, their families, and the care team, ensuring every aspect of home-based care runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a central role in managing client cases, planning care schedules, and keeping everyone informed and supported. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, teamwork, and making sure families receive seamless, high-quality care experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle daily enquiries and assist families in understanding iKare’s care services.
  • Coordinate and manage care plans between clients, families, and the care team.
  • Schedule home visits and therapy sessions, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and client updates.
  • Support care staff with guidance and ensure timely communication across the team.
  • Follow up with families to evaluate progress and ensure continued care satisfaction.
  • Assist with service agreements, invoices, and event participation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Singaporean or PR with a Diploma in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, social services, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual abilities (English + local language) preferred.
  • Passionate about patient care and teamwork.
