Our late father was discharged last Sat, 26/2/2022 from TTSH after 2 weeks warded. We managed to engage Private Home Nurse from i-Kare and Nurse Ing-Ru was a God-sent. ‘Pakcik, Ing-Ru datang ya, Selamat Pagi!’ was the warm greetings that welcomed our daily mornings and lightened our heavy hearts. From Sat, we took 2 days package for Sun & Mon, we extended another 2 days Tues & Wed and further engaged her service for Thu and Fri. She patiently attended to all our queries and requests on top of attending to our late father’s needs. We had really great company especially when we assisted Nurse Ing-Ru for our late father’s request to shampoo his hair. Our beloved was bedridden however, Nurse Ing-Ru acceded to his request with homemade utensils (refer to attached photo). Though we spent practically 7 days with Nurse Ing-Ru, we are so blessed to having her till our beloved father passed on peacefully on Fri, 04/03/2022. Nurse Ing-Ru was present and assisted our family dutifully on the day our father moved to the next phase. Her calmness eased our worries. Her splendid service is worthy! Our utmost gratitude to Nurse Ing-Ru and i-Kare Pte Ltd for the quality service!
